WBO World Heavy weight Title Fight - Joseph Parker vs Andy Ruiz

Joseph Parker is having a heavy weight title fight at the Vector Arena. When their is 10,000 passionate fans will come together for the single most best sporting event ever held in New Zealand. Also Ruiz thinks that he will win the heavy weight title fight and be very happy about it and act lie he is cool.

Oamaru builds tunnel to help penguins

Oamaru has built a 25 meter tunnel to help their local penguins pass the busy road between the sea and their nests. Penguins in the town are rare ‘blue’ penguins, the smallest kind in the world, and are an endangered species. Before the underpass, the birds crossed the road protected only by a “penguin crossing” sign. The underpass was started in September this year, and was opened earlier this month. Oamaru’s blue penguin colony is one of the few populations in the world that is actually growing.

Taika Waititi, Parris Goebel, Eleanor Catton NZ Art Award recipients

Each year in New Zealand's best artists are recognised by the Arts Foundation and rewarded for their talents, achievements and efforts. Waititi and Catton are recipients of the Laureate Award, with a cash award of $50,000, while Goebel receives the New Generation Award of $25,000. It's like you go off into the world with your art and here's a little helping hand, a little shove says Waititi. Catton received the New Generation Award in 2012 which she says was the reason she could write The Luminaries. I was living on the smell of an oily rag. It allowed me to survive a whole year without having to get a job, says the writer. I think that this is very cool because she is getting all of this money that she has revised by all of these people.

Uncharted film to be directed by Shawn Levy

Before the release of this year's fourth main game. Uncharted had sold 28 million units worldwide. Real Steel director Shawn Levy is to helm the big screen adaptation of hit PlayStation franchise Uncharted. Levy, who also has the Night at the Museum franchise to his name, is currently riding high after the success of Stranger Things, which he executive-produced and directed along with the Duffer Brothers. The Uncharted franchise, developed by Naughty Dog, is one of the most celebrated PlayStation franchises ever; its action-packed, relic chasing games - laced with good-natured humour - carrying a similar appeal to the Indiana Jones films.

Welcome to the Rainbow House

There is this house in London that is a rainbow and you can you can ride a slide right into your living room. This wacky house is on Portobello Road in London and is sure to bring out the kid in everyone. Known as the Rainbow House. The home features a slide that links a bedroom to the kitchen, an incredible, colorful spiral staircase and a rotating bed. I think that this will be good for a family that has lots of many or for a family gathering in London for a Holiday.

Ruapotaka Mini Olympics 2016

On Friday we had a 2016 Mini Olympics at Ruapotaka school. It was very cool because it was the first time that we had the Mini Olympics in our school. We even had a opening ceremony and sang the Olympic song and for the closing we sang the New Zealand National Anthem . The weather was good because it was sunny and  we had some shade near the trees.

There is this cat named Felix and is from the United Kingdom railway station Felix is doing a fun run to help raise money for a children’s charity. He had started her 5 km run on Friday morning although station staff say she has been taking breaks by “lying down in the corridor”. The distance Felix covers is being carefully tracked by a satellite tracker in her collar. The cat has already raised more than $5,000-NZD for charity. But more than 75,000 people are following Felix’s adventures on her Facebook page. But it looks like it could be slow going. Felix keeps “pawning” for long breaks. I also think that she is the best cat that I have ever herd of in my hole life.]

The new movie of Star wars is going to be released this Christmas. This film doesn't follow on from the latest films at all. It goes back to explain the background of the Death Star. The new movie of Star Wars will be released on December 15 in 2017.
